Yes. We start by looking at what already works and what is getting in the way. If focused repairs can solve the problem, we can scope those instead of a full rebuild. A new site makes sense when the structure or platform prevents the improvements you need.
What does a project cost?
Pricing depends on the work. After the free discovery call, we agree on a written scope with deliverables, price, and timing before implementation begins. Hosting, software subscriptions, and ongoing support are identified separately where relevant.
What happens on the free discovery call?
We spend about 30 minutes discussing your business, website, and goals. We identify a sensible next step together. A detailed website and visibility review is a separate, scoped service; the discovery call carries no obligation.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the size of the project, access to your current tools, and the content we need from you. We agree on the schedule and milestones in the proposal. Search performance can change over time and is separate from the delivery schedule.
Will I own my website and accounts?
Ownership and access are documented in the project scope and handover. Your business should control its domain, hosting, and business accounts. We explain any third-party licenses, subscriptions, or platform limitations before you commit.
Can you guarantee Google rankings or AI recommendations?
No. Search platforms decide what to show, and AI answers can vary between questions and sessions. We focus on accurate information, useful content, technical improvements, and measurable outcomes where data is available.
Do you work outside San Antonio?
Yes. Raise Rank is based in San Antonio and works remotely with businesses elsewhere. We can discuss your location, customers, and project needs on the discovery call.
